Elrado Coil is a strange young man who people suspect to be "L," he comes an goes from time to time but never stays in the same location for more than 10 minutes. He likes to eat large amounts of candy and junk food. He spends most of his time interegating random people for "Personal views," at most times you should avoid him. He has long black hair and he wears a dust mask
he's occasionly seen with a black hat on. He wears strange dark clothing and occasionly jeans.
