The fugitive - not long targeted - codenamed 'Red Fraction' has recently been found in an old abandoned house located two doors down from Wammys Orphanage. CCTV footage and SVER Unit Head cams have been compiled to put together a timeline of events.
From the compiled footage and witness statements from apprehended SVER PMC Criminals, the SVER Sleeper team were deployed four kilometres from the target house, and proceeded to keep all sides covered while moving up to the house as 'Red Fraction' was rumoured to have subordinates - this proved to be a false allegation. Upon the arrival of the targets hideout, negotiations should have been made by the Sleeper team's commanding officer; Kaio Morte.
From the SVER personnel shoulder and head mounted cameras, it is clear that no attempt to process a negotiation order was implemented, and Commanding Officer Morte disobeyed direct Government commands and order his unit to open fire on the targeted fugitive.
After this sequence of events took place, multiple SVER units attempted to call in to the Head of Security, however, during the connection of the phone calls, all attempted communications were severed, and so far 7 bodies have been found with different fatal wounds of the bodies attempting to reach the Government.
The HVT 'Red Fraction' is now deceased.
Following recent actions, Commanding Officer Kaio Morte has been stripped of all power, and sent on a dishonourable discharge.
The SVER PMC has been ordered to shut down all operations.
