Halloween 2010.

Disaster has struck Winchester again, as Halloween approached. Even more deaths, even more destruction of our once peaceful town.

Eye witnesses claimed that a crazed farmer drove into the town centre on a commbineharvester, using the rotating blades as a weapon.
The suspect has not yet been found, nore any traces found to them.
They were masked but in farmer attire.

It is claimed that 59 people died and 60 injured.

Later that day, another masked person was seen with someone, seemingly in a halloween costume of a grim reaper attacked the armed police.

Some people believed they saw a 10ft tall dog, and have now been referred to a pyschiatric ward in Winchester hospital.

Many people where attacked by savage animals and by the two unnamed murders.

We urge the people of the area to stay inside. If you see anything suspious, please report it.

This has been happening for a year now, we must all work together to stop these brutal attacks and make Winchester a peaceful place once again...

Another Outbrake of attacks has happened in the town centre.
Not much is none at the present moment, since there were no witnesses, however CCTV picked up that the murderers were infact both female.
They wore masks to protect their identity.

The police are now working on anything left on the bodies.

It has come to our urgant attention that the Notorious murderer 'Rue' has struck again.

Bodies were found in a house last night. They seem to have been there for at least a month. Some sort of barrier was set up inside the house, to stop the smell of corpses, and from the bodies being found.

The police report states that the bodies of the smith family, consisting of a mother, aged 44, Father aged 50, and two children, aged 13 and 18 were all found with there heads and bodies hemeraged with a blunt object.
A study has found that it was done by a basebal bat or similar object.

If this is found to the be the same weapon used in the 'Winchester local' corner shop, a few months back. They my have leads on who commited these crimes.

We have recieved many reports of a large canine being, running through the alleys of Winchester.
Claims have been made that it is 7ft tall, almost like a werewolf.
It is said to have been spotted roof jumping, and carrying a teenager on its back.
The wolf was said to have pitch black hair, and red eyes. The girl had red hair.
Reports have come through saying the beast leap of a building onto various cars, crushing them and killing the drivers.
A police man was also crushed, after they took open fire on the wolf, unaware of its human companion on its back.
The police shot the girl in the foot and the wolf jumped off the side of the building.
It landed onto the police man below and crushed him.

His family was informed.

They have started a hunt of this beast and even asked the detective L, for help.

The origion of the girl and the beast are unknown, but after the inccident, it headed past Wammy's house, school and orphanage...

Winchester maybe at peace at last.
The menace that has been terrorising our town has ben arrested.
The serial killer, 'B' A.K.A 'Rue' was arrested today, in winchester cemetary.
Where he has been living and other information about him is unknown.

He is being held in Winchester prison, soon to be transferred to a state prison in the USA, where he will be sentenced to the death penalty.
Reports claim it is highly likely to be death by firing squad.

Let this be the end to a chain of horrific murders...

Hystira is being raised, as the confined criminal 'Rue' is still murdering from behind bars.
The reason and explaination behind this is unknown for the time being, but people around the globe are being brutally murdered.
Witnesses have claimed to see him, and it fit his exact description at the crime scene.

He has not escaped, nore is be a 'poltergeist' or a 'ghost'.

Many of the public have raised the question, "Why has he not been killed yet?"
We asked them this, and they have replied,
"The case must be solved before he is excecuted."

We have new information, stating that B has been living somewhere in Winchester, and used to live here when he was a child.
However, no records have been found on him at all.
He was legally dead after 2002, and then all records vanish.

An uproar was raised in France about the murder of one of their biggest stars, by, 'Rue' while he is in confinement.

The uproar was stopped out of fear, as the leader of the protest died of a heart attack.

Was this the work of B? Or is a new Kira taking B's spot?

More people have been found dead in Winchester, and over the UK.

The serial killer 'RUE' and emblems for 'VIPER' and 'SMILEZ' have all been found at the scenes of the crimes.
Police have found evidence that the murders where done by 3 people, and a few sample of female hair has been found.

Witnessed have stated seeing a person of Bs description, with a young blonde, and a woman in a mask.

Know that now we have evidence that he has been arrested and there is NO more chances of murder at all.

On a less enthusiastic note, a car crash killed 7 people on Route 30 earlier today.
Little it known about the cause of this crash, it was dismissed as an accident.
Deaths have been reported in local hospitals containing mental patients.
Scientists have noticed patterns in random people waking up and responding to each other as if some dream was in tune.
That report was a rather slapdash version, but never the less it's worth documenting.
Everything on the incoming road to Vegas has been slowed due to a protest in road safety.
Evidence of covering up car accidents from gang wars has been brought to authorities attention.
Lesser offices have been sent to the situation to deal with the protesters.

Black outs have been occuring regularly in Winchester laterly.

The causes of this are unknown as everything seems to be working fine with power production and all powerlines are functioning properally.

The situation is trying to be sorted out and should hopefully stop these black outs before the end of the week.

Now onto th~ -A black out cutting off all the cameras at this point-

A News broadcast comes on, while everyone is in the TV room at Wammys.
BB and Gray sit on the sofa, at the far end of the room, BB is slouched on the wall, his feet on Gray.

"Confusion was raised yesterday as reports of the ocean around America became red. Some who were in it said it was sticky and impossible to move, due to the sheer density of it. Some said it smelled like strawberries. It then proceeded to expload upwards at a docking port just outside New York. The red substance which has now been found un-toxic nore harmfull, rained down from the skies. Many people ducked and covered, but we found one man in a mask, seeming to enjoy the experience."

A video is shown of a man with black hair, a slouched over back, staring almost happily at the sky, lifting the mask off his mouth and eating the red rain.

The people in the room of Wammys slowly turn to BB.
He notices this, and turns back to them slowly.
"...What?"
Someone replies, "America? Eating Blood rain!?"
"It wasn't blood. It was jam. How could you not tell!?"
"...Still, why were you in America? Your supposed to be laying low!"
"...I was..on my way back from a road trip. "

The tv report ends with,
"Many C.I.A Agents have been found murdered in New york City, Manhatten. There families have been informed. Many were found stabbed, and others just stopped living.
The next day, a man was discovered burned to death and left on a road in the Nivada desert. Some believe this to be the work of spies. This man was secretly in the FBI."

The turn back to BB,
"....WHAT?! Stop looking at me everytime someone is murdered.."
"It was you wasn't it?"
Gray butts in, "Yes and me, problem?"
"..."

"A update has been released on the previous story.
The C.I.A Agents that weere murdered were holding 3 prisoners, which where released after the attacks.
All agents and there leader, known as Mr Smith were all wiped out in the process.
CCTV images have found 2 men, around the same age, attacking one of their safe house estates, and running off with the prisoners on their backs."

The CCTV footage is shown,
A muscular man with Blue hair, whose image shows up fuzzy on camera and a man with Black hair, wearing a green hat, and an obvious disguise to hide his identity are seen outside the establisment, eating a pretzal. All the Satalites expload and they both look around. After a while, they run to the safe house and attack it. The Blue haired Male runs straight in, stopping the turrets. The black haired male pulls a guard out the window and stabs him in the throat to stop him screaming (this unseen to audience, but you see him being dragged out the window). The Blue haired male picks up all three of the prisoners, leaving the black haired male with Mr Smith.
Ultimatly, Mr Smith is beaten to death.

Everyone in the living room at Wammy's turn to Gray and BB, who are smirking subtly to themselves.
"...we should be used to this by now shouldn't we."

The news report coninues,
"Reports have stated that two of the prisoners had red hair, the other had brown hair and a bulky appearance. If you saw 5 people together, of this appearence please contact authorites. It is possible that they have now border jumped.

One prisoner ws re-captured, but escaped by murdering his captures. These are highy dangerous criminals. Please be aware.

They all got into a small, black nissan micra, and escaped. If you find this car, please tell us. "

BB then says, "That was one shitty car.."

"Results have confirmed that crime has dramatically decreased since the large wall was erected around the children's orphanage, Wammy's.

However, police are still suspious that the main criminal may of planned this, and lowered his crime rate, to force false accusations on Wammy's House.

Crime has still been happening, but a lot less...

Gray looks concerned, after hearing about the murders, knowing BB is still loose....

"Its raining...How convinent.." A voice emits from the door way, having just got back. Beyond was back.

Everyone looks at him.

"....What did I do now?"
Gray smirks, knowing B murdered those people, he just wonders why. B got off the train, having travelled to Paris with Echo. What caused him to break out and murder someone?
